Cambridge officers responded to Massachusetts Avenue and Pearl Street for the report of an assault in progress with a person injured. It was determined that the suspect — Amy Rebello, 44, 66 Church Street in Waltham, did intentionally push the victim without any right to do so and without the victim’s consent. As a result, Rebello was arrested and is being charged with Assault and Battery on an Elder Age 60 and over.
