Jeanne I. (Lacoy) (Troville) Bouchard, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022 at Life Care Center of Acton after a five year battle with Alzheimer’s. She was the wife of the late Albert Bouchard and former wife of the late Alfred Troville, Jr.
She was born in Lowell on September 5, 1932, a daughter of the late George and Alice (Drapeau) Lacoy. Jeanne was a former resident of Dracut and Pelham, NH.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed an assembler at Raytheon in Tewksbury where she worked for many years. Earlier in her life, she worked for Lowell Dress Manufacturing Company. Jeanne enjoyed visiting the Dracut Senior Center, making jigsaw puzzles and sewing. She also enjoyed line dancing and belonged to several bowling leagues in her younger years.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Troville of Dracut and her daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Eric Estochen of Shapleigh, ME; her sister, Carol Girouard of Lowell and her brother, Roger Lacoy of Goldonna, LA; her son-in-law, Joseph Dailey of Pelham; also 11 grandchildren, Lawna Mayo of Leesville, LA, Courtney Stimpson of Bangor, ME, Daniel Troville of Pelham, Joseph Dailey of Hudson, Erin Head of Tewksbury, Timothy Dailey of Nashua, Michael Dailey of Dracut, Whitney Nelson of Hooksett, NH, Andrew Boucher of Bedford, NH, David Estochen of Charlotte, NC, and Nathan Estochen of Austin, TX. She also enjoyed having 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Doreen Dailey and sister of the late Helen Beaulieu, Arthur, Raymond and Joseph Lacoy.
Jeanne’s family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Life Care Center of Acton staff for the unwavering care and compassion they provided Mom. From the fun photos to the FaceTiming with family during Covid lockdowns kept her so happy throughout each day. Thank you to ALL that stopped by to visit her in her last hours to comfort her and express how much they loved her. Our heart is full because of you.
Arrangements
Funeral Services for Jeanne will be held privately. Those who wish may make donations in her memory to Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org/donate Arrangements are in the care of the Laurin Funeral Home of Lowell.
